How a two-piece cabin comes together
The Teton Valley is built as two complete sections in our Gardner shop. Each piece travels on its own load, which is the point: it lets us build a cabin roomier than what a single highway load allows. On your site, the two halves are set together, joined, and finished so the cabin lives as one home. The details of the set depend on your ground and your access, and we go over all of it with you before the build starts, so delivery day follows a plan instead of improvising one.
Two real bedrooms
Most cabins this side of a house make you choose between a bedroom and space for guests. The Teton Valley skips the compromise with two bedrooms, each with its own closet, plus a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen, dining, and living areas combine into one roomy shared space, and a full 6-foot porch runs across the front. For a family, that means the kids have a door that closes. For hosts, it means guests get a real room instead of a sofa in the living space.
One drawing, two pieces
A two-piece build makes the drawing stage even more important, since the sections have to come together exactly as planned. You approve the full floor plan before we start, and if the standard layout isn't quite right, we adjust it; the Teton Valley is as customizable as every other model we build. The standard spec applies here too: spray foam insulation, lifetime decking on the porch, and solid surface countertops. Order it as a park model RV, modular, or skid cabin, and we'll deliver and join it on your site across southern Colorado and the Front Range.

How big is the Teton Valley overall?
We don't publish a single overall dimension for the Teton Valley, because as a two-piece build the finished size comes from the drawing we settle on together. What we can say plainly: it's our roomiest floor plan, with two bedrooms with closets, a full bath, and a large combined kitchen, dining, and living area.
Do both bedrooms have closets?
Yes. Both Teton Valley bedrooms come with closets, which sounds like a small thing until you've lived in a cabin without them. Add the full bathroom with a tub and shower and the full 6-foot front porch, and the Teton Valley is drawn to work as a home rather than a weekend shelter.
Can the Teton Valley go on a permanent foundation?
Yes. Order it as a modular build and it's made for a permanent foundation. It's also available as a park model RV or a skid cabin, like every model we offer. Your county's rules usually decide which type fits your parcel, so we recommend a call to the county before you settle on one.
