Built on doing the job right, not on volume
Cabins Plus is a small portable cabin shop in Gardner, Colorado, in the Wet Mountain Valley on Highway 69. We've been building here since 2016, a few cabins a year, most of them for people who heard about us from someone who owns one.
Why small batch matters
A cabin shop that ships hundreds of units a year builds to a spec sheet. We build to a conversation. When your cabin is one of a handful on the schedule, it gets the builder's attention at every stage: the drawing you approved, the spray foam in the walls, the porch decking that will still be solid when the kids take the place over. That is the whole business model, and it is why most of our work comes by word of mouth.
Buildings and materials, same yard
We sell finished cabins and we sell the wood itself. The materials side exists because we kept getting asked where our siding and paneling came from. If you'd rather build it yourself, we'll sell you the same end-matched boards we use and tell you exactly how we install them.
Where we work
The yard is at 400 County Road 570, Gardner, Colorado. Deliveries run across southern Colorado and the Front Range: down the valley to Walsenburg and La Veta, over to Pueblo and Colorado Springs, across the Wets to Westcliffe, and down into the San Luis Valley. If you're not sure whether we reach you, call. The answer is usually yes.
How we like to work
No sales lot, no pressure, no invented urgency. A quick phone call is the best first step: tell us about the land, the use, and the people the cabin needs to sleep. If one of our five models fits, we'll say so. If what you actually need is a different builder or a bigger house, we'll say that too.
Talk to the builder
Call and you get the shop, not a call center. Tell us what you're picturing.
